Procedure to get married in Uruguay

Uruguay, one of the easiest countries to migrate but not only that, but this is also the country where you can easily get married.

See the Procedure below:

Go to the Directorate General of Civil Registry office or online application.
Complete an application form.
Submit the required documents.
Pay the fee.

Fees
marriage outside the office: $ 11,904
marriage is desired in the office: $ 389
additional witnesses: $ 487

Instructions
Must have 4 witnesses attending the ceremony.
You must register three months before the wedding date, however you can get the earliest schedule like 2 or 3 weeks.

In hospitals Pereira Rossell Hospital, Clinics, Military or Canzani (only for patients thereof ) between the hours of Monday to Friday 9:30 to 14:40 hours.

The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 13:30.
At the Office No. 15 in the City of Las Piedras
In the hours of 8:30 to 13:30.
